A big congrats & pat on the back goes out to our Taste of the Beach crew who worked overtime to make sure that the Brewing Station stood out at the 2011 Grand Tasting. Our on-the-scence team of Chef Pok Choeichom, Tina Mackenzie, Andrew Blaum, and Diana Healy served Mediterranean Tuna tartare in the shape of ice cream cones, Croatan oysters, Key lime & turtle tarlettes, as well as Olsch & Wit beer!! Their efforts brought home the People’s Choice overall award, The Best booth presentation, and 2nd place in the dessert category. You guys are the best!!!!
